Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Yesconomy handles information needed to provide its Discord features.
1. Information We Process
The Bot may process Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, display names, avatar URLs, server join dates, and message counts. It also stores Bot-related data such as virtual balances, inventories, mining progress, configured settings, cooldowns, and role thresholds.
The Bot does not need to store message content to count messages. Operational logs may contain technical error details and command activity needed to diagnose problems.
2. How Information Is Used
Information is used only to operate Bot features, including command responses, server configuration, virtual economy systems, message-based role rewards, moderation-related actions, and troubleshooting.
3. Storage and Security
Bot data is stored in a SQLite database on the Bot’s server. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the service, but no storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is not shared with third parties except when required to operate the Bot through Discord, comply with a legal obligation, protect the Bot or users, or respond to a valid request from an authorized server administrator.
5. Retention and Deletion
Data is retained while it is needed to provide the Bot’s features or maintain server records. Server owners or users may request deletion of Bot-related data by contacting the Bot owner. Some information may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
6. Your Choices
You can stop future processing by leaving a server that uses the Bot or by not interacting with it. Server owners can remove the Bot from their server. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact the Bot owner through Discord.
7. Policy Changes
This Policy may change as the Bot evolves. The latest version will be published on this page, and continued use of the Bot after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
