Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By inviting, using, or interacting with the Bot, you agree to these Terms and to Discord’s applicable terms and policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. Use of the Bot

The Bot provides community, economy, shop, mining, gambling, role, and moderation-related features. Server administrators are responsible for configuring features appropriately for their communities.

You must not attempt to exploit bugs, bypass permissions, disrupt the Bot, automate abusive interactions, or use the Bot in violation of Discord’s rules or applicable law.

3. Virtual Economy

Currency, items, rewards, prestige, mined resources, and other values managed by the Bot are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services unless the server owner separately and lawfully provides such an arrangement.

Balances and virtual items may be adjusted, reset, removed, or changed when needed to correct errors, address abuse, maintain the Bot, or update its features.

4. Server Administration

Server owners and authorized administrators control the Bot’s configuration in their server, including role thresholds, shop settings, and feature access. The Bot owner may restrict access or remove features to protect the Bot and its users.

5. Availability and Changes

The Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or preservation of virtual data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Bot owner is not liable for losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Bot, including loss of virtual currency, items, roles, messages, or server configuration.

7. Termination

Access to the Bot may be limited or terminated at any time for abuse, rule violations, security reasons, or operational needs.

8. Contact and Updates

For questions about these Terms, contact the server owner or Bot owner through the Discord server where the Bot is used. These Terms may be updated, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
